Our intraoral cameras will allow you to see your teeth and mouth up close on a chairside monitor, so you can better understand the dentist’s recommendations. We take digital X-rays, which expose patients to about 80% less radiation than traditional radiographs. For a full view of your teeth and jaws, we may want to take a panoramic X-ray, as well. Before major dental work, the dentist might mock up your smile and restorations in wax. This diagnostic model will show you what you can expect, and the dentist will assess occlusion and functional issues with the model. You can request nitrous oxide during your appointment, as well.
